for sure ur statement is correct. First, u need to have sufficient money to rent a shop. Second, due to u r new company, many supplier will not give long credit term or even cant take good on credit. Third, u need some money for advertising to let others know about ur shop. There still many thing still need money such as office equipment, office supplies, etc

retail store sure downstair for shoplot, if upstair is more for office use

er... the business plan is provide services and do online business. of course selling products like IT accessories and mobile related stuff
Fist year registration of the business take me RM200...
