Looking for a video maker or editting software

I'm searching for a nice video editting software. Can anyone recommend me any? I have tried several softwares. But none that can perfectly fits my demand. I'm looking for a video editting software that have lots of cool features and a lot of editting options. Help pls! T_T

its enable u to edit HD video and quite user friendly and have many cool features

video can be upscaling, audio can be upsampling by increasing the bit rate

Hmm... That I heard b4. How about convert the audio to support 5.1 speaker? Will it possible to do that?

for me, i think ulead is nt so user friendly...
and the features are limited too..
for simple usage,
i prefer window movie maker..
it is a user friendly program,
in short,simple to use..
however,there are some disadvantage on this program that it doesnt support 3gp files and others..on some computer,it easily causing problem such as not responding..
i am looking for good video editing software too..

Some idea for you. If I not mistaken, Windows Movie Maker file will be in .wmv
You may use other video converter software to convert the .wmv file into 3gp file.
